Okay... Bunch of nonsense on this post... Let's break it down in parts. Your argument already crumbled with this single word, nothing you say will ever make sense if you generalize like that. I do agree that those things are common though, and that is why I don't read them. Refine your inner filter and you'll stop reading them too. There are some well-made harems on NU, already, I never bothered with reading anything with Polygamy, but I assume that there are some good ones in it too. This is easy, just remove xianxia/xianhuan/wuxia from your list and 95% of the arrogant MCs will be gone. I do agree that it is rare to see meaningful character deaths in general, but I do see them every now and then. Not being a sacrifice or the like is kinda... Super rare though... Still, it exists. Avoid stories that have all those tags together and you should be fine: JP + Male Protagonist + Harem + Isekai Do that, and you should avoid most of the super dense MCs. Conclusion: There is plenty of good stuff to read on NU, you are looking at the wrong ones. Kyaaaa!!!! *gets thrown*

Well, I kinda disagree with you. First of all, I don't really get your post. Do you only want to rant or what? Secondly, each to his/her own.. perspective. I think that there are particular point of views and that each writer tries to transmit/show/tell different stories in their own way. I can't recommend you any good harem as I'm not really interested in that genre and so I rarely read books written in that genre. Though, I think that you can find some interesting novels if you search for them by using the 'romance' tag. What stories did you like from NU?

1st costly 2nd pro translator have vary ability toward various field on this case WN~ there probability diction, sentence and other slang term which can make pro translator who never read or know WN may make mistake on translation~ well WN mostly junk fodd so no wonder~
Thank you for answering! I was thinking that a professional translator would be able to translate quicker because they're actually fluent in both languages and have a lot of experience converting one language to another.
that common mistake it like just because of someone is a doctor he/she should know all about medic, while actually doctor know general gist but on specific thing you need specialize it apply to all field
I remember when i first got into light novels, and the CN cultivation novels seemed awsome, till i realized how garbage it was... finding a good novel is tough, and my reading list is unfortunately quite short. Too few well written novels, but thats what makes the good ones so special.
