Resolved novel set in ancient china about a maid

Hi guys,

I remember once reading the description of one Chinese novel where the main female character used to be an evil concubine and due to her schemes she died and she reincarnated into a maid in the same
mansion. She decided to just live her life peacefully this time around but due to circumstances, she finds herself climbing up the ladder within mansion to become the main wife.

Now, this is what I remember overall about the description, so you are welcome to mention novels that are kind of similar however it does play out in ancient china.

If that is your interest and you are not looking for a very specific series, I actually recommend looking up the anime "The 12 Kingdoms", it's definitely within the top 10 best anime ever produced. Don't see a problem streaming it for the sub since the company that did the sub folded and the English part of the franchise is pretty much abandoned IIRC.

Guys I found it finally! A cannon fodder chambermaid wants a counterattack《炮灰通房要逆袭》by
Jia Mian De Sheng Yan《假面的盛宴》. Here's the link. Turns out it hasn't been translated it was just reviewed by this particular translator. I read the description a long time ago and forgot that it hasn't been translated. I wish it was though.
