Just super curious about how the setup here. How many staff members does NU have and are mods/staff getting paid in any way or is it all voluntary contributions? Love the site!
Don't know about how many staff members, but NU isn't a company or something. None of the staff is getting paid professionally. (Unless there is a hidden conspiracy around that only the staff members know )

What I mean is, clearly it is generating money via ads etc. Is the funds being shared with the upper-tier contributors like the staff members?
Click on ''members'' at the top > click on ''notable members'' on the page > click on ''staff members''. That shows a list of all mods. About pay, i honestly believe it's mostly a hobby thing. I don't think the site itself makes enough money through ads to pay for much for more than maintaince (if even that), so i believe the mods probably do it out of pure interest/due to being friends with Tony. But well, only an actual mod can answer that.

It doesnt? Are you sure about that? I know some mods have given up their post, and therefore not on the list, but i feel like every active mod is listed? Edit: oh yeah nvm, just noticed runsing is missing. Hmmm.
There are many missing, not counting the mods who have given up there position of power. runsing, nom de plume, electromaster, etc Let me search the whole list

What's wrong with the cash register ? was the drawer stuck? >.> because we didn't reach a proper agreement on setting up Emma's Shrine i'm mostly on NU. the only reason you saw me on nuf often is due to the linking of nuf's alert to NU yes they do. they're tony's harem afterall. Spoiler: serious answer the thread's probably locked after i posted last (and reported the thread to has its status changed to -resolved-)
Hahaha In case anyone is wondering, NU has about similar traffic to WW I am considering restarting my own aggregator site project lol
