Harem is having a relationship with multiple females. Here, he has a few wives.

Well, harem has a relationship with multiple women based on feelings. In WMW he has wives, but mostly of pragmatic reasons.
That being said, I very much recommend reading WMW. It's a great read, even if some arcs feel like fillers

I still do think having multiple wives for whatever reasons, may it be pragmatic or not, is still harem. A lot of historical harems exist for pragmatic reasons. Royalties in the past have multiple wives and concubines to ensure that an heir will be born or to strengthen an alliance between countries.

I would like to thank these two people for suggesting I am the Monarch and Mother of Learning. I'm having a blast reading them. They are truly amazing.

I'm updated with Release that Witch and I gotta say, I'm disappointed with Roland for considering polygamy but that's just my personal bias.

Uhmm... hard pass on that one. I liked the Harry Potter books when I was a kid but now when I think about it again, I dislike Harry Potter as a character. He's kinda dumb and has a flat character. I dunno. I think I prefer smart, cunning protagonists. :/

Have you tried Zombie Knight? It also has a scientifically influenced magic system. Pretty sure you'd love it.

Okay...they say don't judge the book by its title (lol) so I tried reading Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality and to be honest, I love it. It helps that this version of Harry Potter is not the same as in the original books. He's more like if you shrink Cumberbatch's Sherlock into a kid and drop him in the Harry Potter universe and make him the chosen one. It looks like I owe you again. Thank you very much for suggesting this masterpiece.

I will try reading this after I finish the book I'm currently reading. Thank you!
