I read Top Management not long ago, and it was amazing. I loved the characters, and the concept and would love other similar novels, which focus on the Modern Day and Showbiz. NB: Must be no BL. The ones I've read and enjoyed the most of these kinds of novels are: Top Management God of Cooking If I Fail to Debut, I'll Get a Killer Disease God of Music Genius of a Performing Arts High The only one I felt was in the same quality as Top Management was God of Cooking, which was surprisingly similar.
God of Tennis <- Don't remember much except that it's really compelling. I read it to cover before I knew it. Best writing overall out of them all. Sports The great storyteller <- Good writing, Novel Writer God's left hand <- It's good at depicting the eSports scene. Pet King <- Slice of life pet shop + golden finger. Wholesome. Poten <- Not nearly as good as TM or GoC, but it's amusing for the first couple arcs. ShowBiz 48 Hours a Day <- First couple arcs are amazing, afterwards it's a downhill. Read the first arc at least. In all my years of novel reading, I've never found another showbiz novel quite like Top Management. Some have come close like God of Music and God of Cooking (Genius of a Performing Arts High was really good too), but in terms of quality, storytelling, premise and character dynamics, the novels I've found all have been different from what I would want from a novel similar to Top Management in some way. I'd recommend The Great Storyteller and Superstars of Tomorrow, but they're slow burns.
