Discussion Novels repetitive after 1k chapters?

    I feel like almost every novel starts getting repetitive after or around the 1k chapter mark. Am I tripping or does anyone else feel the same way?

    Like for mga I had to skip 2 whole realms just to make it bearable. When stories reset the mc's cultivation ( not reset but basically make it so whatever new areas he's at his cultivation is considering the starting point thus its like a reset)

    I just look at novels and if it has more than 1k or close to that I don't even feel like reading them. For me 900 or less are where the goldies are at.

    also if you know any good novel that doesn't get repetitive lmk (didn't make this post for recommendations but ill take any if you do have)

    Probably city of sin, the levels were defined fairly early on.

    Heavenly Jewel Change is pretty good and under 1000 (300 and something or 900 and something depending on how you count parts)

    Cultivation Chat Group definitely isn't repetitive. It has clear powerlevel and the plot always different. Sometime you will have a good chuckle too.
