Recommendations Novels with an actually good female?

    Whenever i'm reading a novel, there always has to be that super bad romance involved. Love at first sight! Random sudden personality change to a kind person, super nice to them on the first meeting! That or the female lead, is naturally annoying as hell. They are to be portrayed as strong but rather come off extremely weak and constantly needing help by the main character. They are just too weak and cry all the time, constantly waiting for them. I hate, hate 'past' romances in rebirths. Tsunderes are horrible as well. What kind of novel is that? The romance, the female lead, completely ruins the whole story.

    Are there any novels, with good female leads? (However, honestly concerning novels where action is involved, i'd like absolutely no romance if possible)

    If not, are there any novels with a female protagonist? Preferably not from this site, as I been through the female protagonist tag quite a lot!

    I just want a good female lead my gosh.

    Lmao asking like three things, so hopefully will find a good novel to read for the summer! c':

    i dont read novels with female protags but i have seen wyrm recommended alot

    ½ prince is pretty much the only one with female protag i have enjoyed so there is that i guess

    There is only one novel I've read so far that has a good male and female MC combo. That novel is http://www.novelupdates.com/series/vermillion/. Unfortunately you only see this after the second arc which is far from being translated.

    There is Starwalker, where the main protagonist is the female AI of a spaceship. Romance comes up later in the story.

    You could also try UNSONG. This novel doesn't have a single protagonist, but many of the main characters are women.

    There is (A Girl's, Unusual Existence) on RRL but it's stopped and rewritten when it was after chapter 50 about few months ago

    Currently reading enchantress amongst alchemists ghost kings wife and i'm liking the romance and the female mc quite a lot.
    But i don't really have high standards so hey.
    I'd rate the novel 5/5 so far (at chp 180)
    But i rate any novel i enjoy 5/5 so that doesn't really say much.
