Discussion Novels With Satisfactory Ending

Hi, just wanna ask every folk here something. Have you guys read any good/great fantasy/xuanhuan/sci-fi novels with a satisfactory ending? The kind of ending which makes you feel like this novel should really end like that? I'm sure most of us have read the likes of Coiling Dragon and ISSTH which are, in my opinion, really great webnovels. Sadly, it's just hard to accept their endings, like there are just too many things to clarify or loose ends to tie left hanging there. And another sadly, those are not the only novels out there with half-baked endings. Honestly, I've read so much but I can't remember any novel under these categories that have a satisfying ending.

So, if you have something like that in your mind, what's the title and why?

IMO, Stellar Transformation has a very satisfying ending.

No, as long as it's sci-fi, fantasy or xuanhuan. Though the xuanhuan is only chinese

I stopped reading that midway so I'm not sure. Haha. I've read in spoilers that it became a harem story. But anyways, since you said it stayed great til the end, I'll pick it up again. Thanks

 

Yep. But unlike CD which ended rather abruptly, ST's last few chs feel like an extended epilogue. Besides, all loose ends were tied up early.

Have heard that King of Gods has a satisfying ending

 

I have heard equally opposite reviews that the ending isn't good.

• Rakuin no Monshou - dunno how to describe this
  
• Mushoku Tensei

• World of Cultivation - i consider the pre-ending fight as the true final, everything after as epilogues
• My Beautiful Teacher - while the final chapter is quite abrupt and short, it is the pre-final fight interlude that i'm more satisfied with.
• Good of Slaughter - similar case to above.
• Campione - another ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) end

It's not completed yet, so why am I recommending it ?
Because each volume has ending better than most webnovel I've read

Having brain freeze on any good endings at the moment except the once mentioned. I'll add an honorable mention on an ending that really rubbed me the wrong way instead

Night Ranger

Supposedly the author was kind of sick/tired of the story so what happens is. Last chapter where you are expecting a big epic fight and conclusion, what happens instead is. Main love interest turned possessed evil goddess threatens that she can't be killed cause it would kill everyone the MC loves including the one she is possessing. A stalemate appears, blaam one of her closest generals was a "good guy" in disguise who then steals some item to control the universe. Gives it to MC who is urged by the "good guys" to destroy her, and pretty much the universe, MC hesitates and then decides to hell with it, there has to be a third choice here.

So he somehow uses the item to press the pause button on the whole universe putting it in a frozen timeline, then he leaves it to look for a solution in other universes the end.

So basically no last fight, no conclusion or anything tied up and the MC just leaves the universe in pause mode while he goes on to adventure in other universes and it's all done and over in at most half a page.
