I just read Rupegia and I absolutely fell in love with how the MC is so loving towards his harem. This is a novel where the harem members love each other too, but that's not a requirement. Thanks a lot if you can reccomend some. The novels that I see a lot with harem tags aren't really true harems, or harems were formed at the end. With no time for fluff or smut which is really a shame. Reverse harems can work too.

Whaddya mean by 'loving harems'? Isn't that a given? True harem MCs always have plenty of love to go 'round. :blobwhistle:

Second Coming of Gluttony, but only really towards the very end of the novel, + side stories afterwards.
Not really what you want, but there's enough there to be satisfying.

Like you said, most harem novels are like that. The harem is only "real" around the very end, if then. For the rest of the novel, it's more they-kinda-like-each-other-but-aren't-together, will-they-won't-they and romcom. That's just how it goes, I guess. The only exceptions tend to be stories that are more smut than story.
