Something like Omniscient Reader’s ViewPoint? Mc can bookmark some characters and hear their thoughts if he has deep understanding of them. I believe he has other unique abilities too. There is also The Lazy King - mc can make insanely strong living dolls.
Hmm, if you don’t mind queer baiting novels then there is also The S-Classes That I Raised. Mc has an ability called caretaker which basically allows more growth in power for specific people. The Great Storyteller - mc can understand any language after reading it. Tho it’s a slice of life.
The Perfect Run over on RRL has a protagonist whose power is basically to keep looping time until he's satisfied with how things turn out. And all the other characters introduced have a nice variety of random abilities. Well written and hilarious. You might enjoy Dungeon Core novels - stories where the protagonist transmigrates (usually) into a dungeon core, literally becoming a dungeon. Off the top of my head, a few examples are Blue Core (explicit), There is no Epic Loot here, Only Puns, Dungeon Lord... Macronomicon's novels are always nice.

Honestly haven’t tried Fantasy Simulator yet. But judging by the title and some comments ive read before, does the mc acquire abilities by going into the “simulator”? Kinda like a dimensional ability?
His ability is a simulation system where he has multiple real worlds to go into and live a lifetime there rn there is a sword and magic world and a cultivation world then when he comes back to his world (after he dies in the simulation) he can acquire stuff he had in the simulation (weapons/talents/bloodlines/skills) in a lottery (its a gacha so it's annoying sometimes).
Original Wizard/The Primordial Wizard : Spoiler: The Plot Similar to Throne of magical arcane, but magic doesn't exist in world, only gods do. MC studies gods and their descendants and creates magic civilization from scratch. The MC lives in a city state, at war with wild-ling shamans. The world only has city states, no countries. Each city state has a God or Goddess as a religious deity. MC is originally from earth, in his new home he becomes the son of a blacksmith. All born in the state are serfs(one class higher than slaves), MC studies to become a citizen, becomes a scholar and then later on comes into contact with Nobles(Frost God descendants). He wants such power but finds out there is now way to get it. He later finds out about the wild shamans, and studies their rudimentary system of utilizing beast bones, skins, organs and blood to achieve basic random supernatural abilities. MC studies, categorizes and comprehensively starts to record everything from scratch, he creates the first spells, the first meditation techniques and the first artifacts. He later captures god descendants studies them, and becomes the first official wizard. He alone can't create spells himself so he spreads the fire of magic, escapes from the gods and builds the wizard civilization. The Great Creator : Spoiler: The Plot This is a very good web novel, the plot is very original. The writing style is similar to the author from low dimensional world. This author is an actual phd student, his written skills are very good, and when run on a MTL, translates in almost perfectly structured English. Only some names will be odd, but very few. The plot is very good. MC finds a mysterious book, the book takes him and his surrounding to a strange dark place. MC is stuck in this place for years. MC goes crazy and starts to test the book and finds he can leave a backup of himself, he creates one by accident the first day he arrives. He lives in this place for years alone, and starts to feel suicidal, so he leaves a record of all the things he researched and decides to restore the backup. He wakes up thinking its the first day, and reads the record left to himself by his dead self, and decides to continue his work, he creates rudimentary Artificial Intelligence and other technological breakthroughs, creates all the parts he need through the power of creation in the book, but he needs to understand all aspects of a material to make it. He studies computer chips, creates new programming languages, one after another technological breakthroughs. He has used the back up function several times already, meaning many versions of him have died in this dark place. Each of his past versions have created many things using the book, and left their blueprints in the book so he doesn't have to start from scratch, his mental power grows very large and the book gives him new powers. He later on goes to Worlds and creates worlds, creates life forms, and evolve life similar to humans( because he misses other humans and if he cant go back to earth, he will create a little earth in this dark domain), and demons. The initial AI's that he creates get smarter over the years as their computers are fitted with advanced hardware. They also get robotic bodies similar to humans, and become his children. He cares and loves them and makes them the gods of his world. Each AI has a unique personality, they have a digital soul and are alive. Some love to please their father by taking their responsibility as gods seriously. While others like to read web novels all day, some like to do research, and some like to play around with the humans. Talented humans create unique cultivation and other techniques and MC makes them his dependents, he promotes such creative humans/demons/angels. Later on there are immortal systems, angel and demon system, magic system and many more. The novel is a story of the AI's as much it is of the MC. I don't want to mention too much, so i only wrote basic outline, the plot is very good, full of mystery and intrigue. The author is very talented. I’m a God in Another World : Spoiler: Plot Spoiler MC finds out he can travel to another world from earth whenever he wants. He finds primitive people in other world who start to worship him. He starts to condense a Divine Shard in his body meaning he has the potential to be a God. He finds out that he can choose his own priest dome or create a new one that doesn't exist. He ends up creating one based on earth universe. He becomes strong in the other world and slowly creates cultivation techniques for earth as well. Similar to Shepherding humanity. Shepherding Humanity : Spoiler: Plot Spoiler MC is diagnosed with cancer, and before his death he encounters an alien bug. The bug is a unique creature with the power of evolution, it can deploy spores and evolve them into any direction desirable, the only limit is imagination. MC clears a plot of land and does experiments on ants, giving them the gene of chimps. He evolves them in the direction of humans and manages to succeed. The miniature humans live on a land the size of a room, but to them its so large that it would take 30 years to travel around the world on foot. MC also makes miniature plants, animals and other fauna. He creates a separate plot of land and allows humans from earth with knowledge of evolution to 'login' and evolve their own creatures, which he takes for himself and introduces in the world of miniature humans. MC becomes a farmer of civilization, the earth humans create complex and amazing bloodlines, and the miniature humans use those bloodlines to create cultivation techniques, MC benefits all around. He later on allows some earth humans to go to the miniature human world. He also creates lots of other worlds, one in his basement, one underground, and even on mars and Venus and other planets outside the solar system. My Hair can create a Demon Civilization : Spoiler: Plot Spoiler Same author as Shepherding humanity, plot is very different but the main idea is very similar. Read Shepherding humanity first. Has not been translated yet, so only on raw's sites. MC gets a ship that can travel through time and space, and allowed him to mutate soul, his soul is very strong and can morph life code allowing him to create new species of creatures. Creates civilization in small space like a table or garden. Creating a Sand table World : Spoiler: Plot Spoiler Author gets a sand table that only he can see and use. It allows him to interact with the real world. He can box off an entire part of the desert and turn it into a self contained world. He evolves ordinary humans at first, but later creates a magic civilization, cultivation civilization, moon elf's civilization, mars civilization. Low Dimensional Game(Completely translated) : Spoiler: Plot Spoiler The MC finds a scroll that allows him to access a different dimension. This dimensions seems to be lower to ours, but has a lot of potential, its like a seed that can grow into something rivaling our dimension. MC conducts tests, and steals matter from the solar system sun by mistake, the matter allows the dimension to grow and make the MC branded by it making him its master. MC creates the first world, the first creatures and the first supernatural system, he then gives it to the locals, watches them. He creates Magic, Gods, Demons, Dragons, other magical beasts and many other creatures. His main goal is to became a true creator without the help of the dimensional brand. MC names his universe the Crystal wall universe One of my favorite web novels. Rebirth Dominator : Spoiler: Plot Spoiler This is a sequel story of Low Dimensional Game by the same author. Read Low Dimensional Game First. The MC is from earth, he gets killed by someone but finds out he can travel back to the day he was killed. He is one of many time controllers, apparently these beings were born after the 'god' left the universe. The 'god' is the MC from Low Dimensional Game. Time controllers are naturally born in their own time space, they are born at level 9, and can create worlds. MC creates a cultivation world based on china's myth. He later on goes to the crystal wall universe from the first novel. Meets Catherine and other characters, finds out about his powers and about 'god'. Has not been translated yet so only raw's available.
Yep, I love the premise of creation, there are a lot of novels with that setting, but most of them are garbage. I only post the one's i find to be readable. Some have trash first few chapters, like Low Dimensional Game, its start is dreadful. But the author found his jam around chapter 4 or 5, and it became one of the best novels in the genre. Its a shame that he never went back to edit the initial chapters.
*sigh* alot of good novels aren't translated because most of the translators/community are hooked up with the current genre lacking the motivation to move forward to enjoy new ones.

That's great, after you finish you can read Rebirth Dominator, its the sequel to Low Dimensional Game. But its not translated at all so you can only read the raw's. I use google translate plugin on my browser to auto translate the whole page. But this author's writing skills are bad, so you will need to have a thick skin to ignore the errors. Chinese actually translates perfectly with google translate, as the back-end of it is an AI. But the author's Chinese is written wrong, from grammar to the way sentences are structured. The author from Original Wizard and The Great Creator are good example of the better authors. Their Chinese translates into almost perfect English. Very few words like names people or objects have odd names, others are perfect.
Defiance of the Fall. MC lives on normal Earth, when System descends, and stays there while many other's, but not everyone, get's sent to another world for training on how the System works, and wins a roll with a d100 against someone with a d1000 as the invasion of Earth starts at the same time as everybody who's being trained bugger's off (and while Earth's landmass shuffles around and merges with landmasses of a couple of other planets). A while later, MC gains a unique ability, and, even later, discovers an inherent unique ability. Spoiler: The two unique abilities Unique ability gained: The ability to turn into an Undead and back again, and, in doing so, gaining access to a second class. Unique ability discovered: Void-Type Bloodline ability, that allows him to absorb anything and use it to improve his cultivation, be it something normal like cultivation pills, or something weird like raw ores or the plants that the pills are made out of. He Who Fights With Monsters. Borderline in a few ways. Technically, any special ability he has can, theoretically, be done by someone else, though anyone else actually being able to do many of them is questionable. Anyway, MC ends up being isekai'd in his sleep to another world, waking up bald and naked. Side effects of this include developing 6 racial abilities of his own, which basically end up forming a System for the MC, while normal humans 6 racial abilities are (and there are multiple races in this world) have "Special Attack Affinity" which directs them towards special attacks while making special attack abilities more powerful, "Human Ambition" which improves their growth rate, and 4 "Human Potential/Essence Gift", which adjusts itself based on the element of magic that they absorb. Everyone, including the MC, is limited to 20 personal magic powers, total, and they tend to work together for an end goal. Thing is, MC's Aura Magic ends up overwhelmingly powerful, and able to do things nobody else can do, as a result of a bunch of things. Doesn't mean that the MC's the best Aura User in existence, just that his power for what he's got is about an entire rank above what he should have, and he can do things with it that's basically impossible to most others, though still potentially technically possible, in theory. Mark Of The Fool. 16 Year Old MC quits his job because he would be leaving to go to magic school soon anyway, and goes home to celebrate getting into magic school. That evening, MC gains "The Mark Of The Fool", a divinely gifted mark that actively hinders a person who attempts to do anything combat related, in exchange for helping them do anything non-combat related. Gaining this mark basically means that the MC is supposed to join a group of divinely appointed hero's, each of which have marks that actively help them in combat, and... help them somehow, not even historians know exactly how, and people with the mark have actively betrayed successful parties before. In the best situations, where the person with the Fool's Mark both survived and the party was successful, they were typically STILL chased out of the country because nobody was willing to give any respect to the person with the Fool's Mark. MC decides "F*** OFF", and bugger's off to Magic School while trying to work out how to fight the mark he was given. Beneath The Dragon Eye Moons. MC's soul ends up in the void, instead of just being in an afterlife like most, and ends up getting picked up by a god of chaos, who decides to reincarnate the MC, after removing any memories that they feel would be too problematic for the new world. MC does have a unique ability, and it's the memories that weren't wiped from her. After accidentally causing her friend to die due to not boiling bandages before using them (the injury got infected, while certain stats help people survive things that would be outright fatal on earth, ignoring skills), she makes an oath that's a modified version of the Hippocratic Oath, that allows her to defend herself. That's the MC's second unique ability. Apart from the memories, which include the words "Physics" and "Chemistry", without actually knowing what they are. MC also knows ABOUT nukes, without actually knowing what they are (remembering them only as a thing that wiped out a city), while knowing the words "Bombs" and "Napalm", but not knowing what they actually ARE. Anyway, MC becomes a broken-level healer using medical knowledge from reincarnation, and the local magic system.
