You can create threads 30 mins after your first post or 24hrs after registration, whichever comes first. No idea about blogs. You need 5 posts to use links though.

since you already have more than 100 post, you should already have access to the 'upload a file' button (next to Post Reply' button). use that instead. Ummm I'm using a phone And I did try last time I didn't see color red? Blue?? On there?? Just list setting & global setting Is is not possible to just "visible to you" but still private?? The one I'm planning is make it private to public but still can see myself if I use my account
Click on List Settings and then on "Hide from Public Reading List" to make it visible to you but not to others.
I know changing my name the first time is free but how much is changing the username for the second time. Does it cost nuffies and how much is it?
there's a 'mail' icon up top on the right-hand corner. click it, and then click the big, blue button that says "start a New Conversation'. alternatively, go to a specific user's profile, click at the 'information' tab --> Start a Conversation
These options don't appear anywhere for me. I made this account yesterday, but I heard it became possible to make conversations 30 minutes after making my first post on the forum. Is this incorrect?
it is 24 hours from account creation OR 30 minutes after the first (counted) post. any post in spoiler, community game, novel pickup, and profile is not counted if your account has passed this but the option haven't show up, then take a screenshot of the upper part of this page (assuming you're using pc), upload to https://imgbb.com/ choose 'viewer link', copy and paste them here, but remove the http (since you can't post links yet)
