Well, I haven't read anything in the past weeks... Spending all the time either on NUF or on Fallout 4...

Really? Despite everything I'm still able to catch up with the latest updates of the novels I'm reading...I do that before I log on to NUF since I know I wouldn't be able to read them otherwise...>.>

I log in to NUF before checking any novels! >.<

Reason why I'm quite behind on them all... At least I don't read any with quick updates...

I only stockpile the updates if there are cliffhangers at the end of every chapter and the pace is maddening (like the previous arc of the Poison Genius Consort).

I don't like stockpiling them at all! >.<

I'm just staying too much time on NUF to spend time reading them... orz

The Lone Swordsman was dead, as she had wished, but his death had empowered the Squire in ways she could not yet fully understand. Far from weakening her rival, the killing had added an another blade to her arsenal.

That pun really grind my gears, as unintentional as it was. *grumpily put feet on @LifeFrog*

Comment in Novel discussion will give you 25$ @LifeFrog , in general chat and other beside community game will give you 5$, in community game if your comment with more than 50 words you can get 5$ less than that you will not get any.
Be careful not to spamming like you do right now, double post is against the rule, more over 4 post in a row.

Hey guys, I'm not part of the book club but I've finished all chapters that are currently online for this novel. And I have to say that it's the best I've read in a long while. I've made a small list about the good points (imo) of this novel.

The way the characters interact with eachother especially the funny banter is very enjoyable.
The way the story is told from the 'evil' side and how unfair and op the hero's seem to them is also very intriguing. It certainly has changed my view about most 'hero' protags.
The feeling our mc has about how she's part of a bigger plan but doesn't really know what to do. And her own conflicting feelings about the whole situation which she ponders about. And her own resolve she's trying to find.
How certain characters die when existences they can't match come around and battle them. As well as showing that even strong creatures of hell spawn can be killed with proper teamwork and planning. No invincible hero vs evil boss one on one duels where the rest just idly watches on the sidelines.
The way the mc makes mistakes, faces the consequences of it and the change that these consequences have on her personality and behavioir. She learns from the struggle.
And finally her teacher (black) who isn't always the obvious plot armour she can equip and hide behind. Black helps her but he also lets our mc go and struggle on her own with setbacks she learns from.

I would be very grateful if anyone could recommend me an original work like this one with similar settings and great writing.
