Will you be responsible for making some mildly interesting threads about food? Food threads are the best threads. After LCD's.

    Recipe: Rotisserie Chicken
    Ingredients:
    Raw chicken
    Whatever seasoning you prefer

    Materials:
A large or medium sized cooler
    Aluminium foil
    A rotisserie
    Cooking thread
    Cooking thermometer

    Step one:
Take raw chicken and have the internal organs/intestines removed. You can throw them out, fry them up on the side or whatever.

    Step 2:
Line a cooler with aluminium foil, season the chickens, then place in cooler.

    Step 3:
Wait a few hours to let the chickens seep in their own juices and the seasoning.

    Step 4:
Pull out chickens and tie them to the rotisserie with the thread (this is for large scale rotisseries, small ones you can just skewer the chicken)

    Step 5:
Let it cook for an hour. Stay around it with a bowl of seasoning. Once it starts getting greasy and dripping oil, add more seasoning. The grease will make it stick easier.

    Step 6:
Cook it to your preference, I personally like it golden brown with a bit of black on the edges. Then remove from rotisserie. It should take several hours and you want to keep track of the temperature.

Small scale- Put on a large plate and cut into it and start eating

Large scale- wrap the chicken in aluminium foil as you take it off by cutting the thread, then place in the cooler from before. optionally, you can tear them in half when taking them off and wrap the two halves individually for light eaters.

    Recipe: Caesadillas

    Ingredients:
Tortillas (circular and flat bread like thingy that can be made from wheat, corn, or spinach)
Cheese (preferably mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix of both)
Meat (chicken, steak, or tofu) P.S. Tofu should be extra firm if used.
    Whatever else(onions, peppers, seasonings, etc)

    Materials:
    Aluminium foil
    Oven or microwave oven
    Knife

    Step 1:
Lay out a tortilla then put down a layer of cheese. Try not to have it too close to the edges or the melted cheese will leak out the sides.

    Step 2:
Put on the other ingredients after slicing/dicing them into a more manageable size. Then put on another layer of cheese over the top.

    Step 3:
Either put another tortilla on top or make the ingredients on one side a bit lighter then fold in half. Having a folded caesadilla is a good way of using up an odd number of tortillas, having one caesadilla that's a bit smaller for light eaters, or to make it easier to flip.

    Step 4:
Place on aluminium foil then shove into the oven. Keep an eye on it rather than putting on a timer as it cooks quite fast. I'd say put it on 350-400 Fahrenheit or 175-200 Celsius as the temperature

    Step 5:
Once the edges of the tortilla start to curl up, crust turns brown, or the cheese starts to melt; pull it out of the oven, flip it, then put it back in. Trust me, it's hard to flip while in the oven, just pull it out.

    Step 6:
Wait until the crust turns slightly brown, then pull it out. You can pull it out earlier too, your main worry is burning it at this point. Should be fine to eat immediately but it'll be hot.

How to cook things in a microwave without the insides being cold

Microwaves use the heating method of radiation to cook food. The radiation excites water molecules in food to heat up stuff. But microwaves have their faults, which can give you a mouthful of cold food and a hot plate.

    Turntable:
There's blind spots in the heating process of a microwave. The turntable spins around food items to minimize these blind spots. Make sure the turntable is on and unobstructed.

    Ice:
Microwaves excite liquid water in foods, not solid water. Ice is the kryptonite of microwaves. Just leave out the frozen food item an hour before to let it defrost or use another heating method. There's also a defrost option on most microwaves but I'm not sure what it does.

    High/medium/low:
These DO NOT control the power of the heat, but rather creates breaks between heating. These breaks allow heat to spread through foods but make it take longer to heat up things. Therefore, lower settings like medium and low will cook things more thoroughly but take longer.

    Manual breaks and stirring:
You can always just stop the microwave midway and stir/move around/chop in half the food item before putting it back in.

This is what I do, and it's so flippin' annoying.

If I can, though, I like to reheat leftovers the same way I cooked them in the first place.
