    Don't forget about edX, I'd personally recommend Introduction to Computer Science (also known as cs50) from Harvard(I'm in week 8 from 11). Week 1-5 deals with C, after that you learn how to implement a web-server(with SQL and python for the back-end as well as html/css/javascript for the front-end, though I can't say much about that yet), you also learn about the basics of networking(TCP/IP) and HTTP for that matter...
    Also, If you don't want to sign up anywhere for it you can watch all lectures on youtube as well (here), though you can't use their web services, access the problem sets, ect. on yt)
