Feature Request NUF request: Divide up Translator's Corner to have a Recruiting Forum and Translation Help Forum

    A feature request for NUF.

    Like the title says, I suggest that that Translator's Corner become 2 forums instead. Right now the translator's corner is just full of recruiting threads and it's hard to see if there are any translation help threads being made. Plus, it's annoying to see all those recruiting posts; so can there be a forum just for recruiting posts?

    Seems unnecessary, the subforum isn't active enough to the point that translation help requests get buried.

    On first page alone you can see threads with the last reply on Sunday, and we're already on Wednesday. You should be able to find any requests for help for as long as you check it once a day.

    I wonder if everyone think it a good idea to move all the recruitment topics to a separate section so that more interesting discussions between fellow translators will not be drowned out.

    Well a similar thing was mentioned here already but was just ignored. Plus I think there is like a hidden forum for translators? Idk maybe I'm wrong but pretty sure there is.

    I think there's a Discord server for translators? I am not sure. I was in it once, before leaving after taking a break from the community. Not sure if it's still around.

    The link works now, but all I see is just a translators' lounge? There isn't a separate sub-forum for recruitments?

    Hi, my forum's user base is too small(only 3 sign-up user at this moment) to justify a separate recruitment section. I would feel lucky to have a sign-up. Any recruitment post wouldn't get much attention in my forum.

    +1 to @AliceShiki's reply there. This subforum is not at all active enough to justify a division. The first page of threads goes back four days already, and that extends to almost two weeks by the end of the second page. Nothing is getting "drowned out" in this molasses. Recruitment threads just happen to be the most commonly made threads in this section, so there's more of them. They're not replacing anything or pushing anything out. If they weren't here, there'd just be fewer threads, and much older dates on them.

    Edit: Actually, gonna merge the threads.
