So... Some time back, @Pyoo and @yuzuki made a lot of research (I helped a small bit on the early stages too btw! ^^)/) to understand how NUF handled the taxes of Nuffies transactions between users. You can see the results of their research here: https://forum.novelupdates.com/threads/research-on-nuffies-transfer-deductions.20836/ But well... After a few years, I kinda came to an incredible conclusion... Formulas are hard to read! >.< Like, sure, I love knowing how the transaction fees work and stuff, but that doesn't help much if I don't understand the formulas themselves, does it!? >.< The only things I knew were that donation batches of 89nu£ were ideal for optimizing the transfers, and that 500nu£ (Actually 509 btw) was the breaking point where donations started being too inefficient. Anything more than that was beyond me. ... So well, I tried learning how to read those formulas. Didn't take that long tbh, I just needed to do a bit of googling and fiddle a bit with excel... But well, not everyone can be bothered to do that, so I decided to do something about it... And here is the result! Behold... The NUF Tax Calculator! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nDqCJMyKD2XcIAjvldwIgHDgGHbJhr0mPZqM2GdfCqM/edit?usp=sharing Here is a screenshot of what it looks like on excel: I think it's fairly intuitive, but well... You put the value in the Donation section, the tax and the Amount Received is automatically calculated. The Sheet is going in batches of 500 all the way until the receiver gets donated a total of 10000, which should hopefully be enough to give you a grasp of how much your donations will amount to. If you wanna input any other amount though, just download (or copy it to a new Google Sheets) the sheet and put it there in place of any of the current values and things should work out just fine. The download is necessary because my sheet is view only. Anyways, that's all, figured I'd just make this public, because... Hey, why not? I already made it for myself anyways. Ah, and as for why you'd want to know all this? It is of course because you should donate all your nuffies to @Get Tony To Tease Parth Fund! ^^)/
Personally, I think we should revolt and hang the tax collector! It's clearly taxation without representation!
We're pretty close to 1,000,000! All donations are appreciated to finish the final stretch!!! \(^^)/ Down with the tyranny!!! No hanging though, hanging is bad.
What happens when it's full? The account is inactive as far as I can tell and no one knows who it is.
@Blitz knows who they are... Though the last time the host acc was alive was a while back AFAIK. And well... I guess we hope they appear? xD I think it's worth the shot at least! ^^)/
And if you don't feel like donating you can always visit ScribbleHub just click on my siggy~ #ShamelessAdvertisingWithinShamelessAdvertising
Uhm, are you sure this is supposed to calculate the amount received should somebody download/make a copy? It doesn't. It's just a plain table. No formulas.
What the...? *goes check* WHERE DID MY FORMULAS GO!? *grumbles about garbage google docs that can't even properly maintain formatting from a copy paste from Excel* I'll fix it. Give me a small while. Eeeeeeeeeeeh? Lazy...
Oh yeah, showing the percentage as a number is quick and easy. I mainly don't wanna do the work of creating a new column in my excel sheet for the percentages, add the formula, spread it out to the bottom. Repeat this 2x to make the formula for all 3 columns... And then repeat the process in the google sheets linked in the thread. It doesn't help that this would probably push part of the 3rd column out of view, and I wanted to make the whole sheet visible without needing to scroll to the right... So... Yeah, too lazy to work around all that~
