I was suddenly reminded of a novel I read last year(?). The MC was an office worker. He and one or two other office workers somehow got involved with the gods. Only the gods mostly had acclimated to the new world and ran companies. One scene I recall had the MC go to a god’s office for something. On the way in he encountered a lady he had never met before who was scared of the MC. To get the something or other, the god sends the MC back in time where he meets the same lady and scares to crap out of her. I can’t remember what he did, but I think it involved some trickery to make her think he was more powerful than he really was. The only other thing I remember about it was that it was a heavier text than most web novels. But really good once you got into it. Any help recalling the title would be much appreciated!
