I’d recommend Hako no Naka and Utsukushii Koto. Not exactly old men, but they aren’t beauties either. Dunno if almost 30 counts as old, but the protagonists in Kiss the Black Cat are almost 30 Ohh and Liebling webtoon also...it’s on Lezin
