I'm waiting for the novel to show it's defining feature after the beginning buildup. Monster extermination(will it continue skipping everything?), epic quest(title hunting), popular streaming videos (probably not), PvP, real life scumbags extermination(?). Which one do you think it will be?

 

I think, since the name is One Man Army, there are definitely going to be huge ass war scenes where the MC shines.

Started to read it since @Chamber started to translating this novel, honestly i might missing something but i don't get what is the appeal of this novel.
Is the novel more interesting later on or am i missing something, i'm a fanboy of KR novel usually but this one is just bland to me.

Well, when the story is focused on MC with long narrative and little interaction with other characters...

 

It feels pretty interesting, I don't know why but other reincarnation or second chance video game stories make me lose interest quickly, but not so much this one

I just thought someone made a post about the latest Desolate Era chapter, which was released within the last hour, and is also called "One Man Army"

 

Its "only" 226 chapters. That's reason enough since you get to read the ending before year 2034

 

Which is honestly why I hesitate on using that way of shortening the title everytime I would otherwise do it.

 

Funny, I thought it might have been about the translator of Warlock in a Magus World and Dragon Blooded War God.

 

for me its interesting and i have a lot of anticipation for it.
if anything its the world building and rebirth genre that hooked me, though i have a feeling the plot won't be as good as i anticipate with its short length, the ideal plot for me would be something like The King’s Avatar but on a more serious tone then comedic with romance.

 

would be great too see his weapon later in the novel be something like zabimaru from bleach

 

i hope he will copy more designs from the future to get a constant money supply besides using his future knowledge to invest on items, it's not like he's a good guy, at least copy the designs of the people that betrayed him and people with bad reputations, the money will be useful to make more investments and buy items needed for his cards.
