Someone want to give a structured explanation as to the rules and intentions of this event? I somewhat get the idea that it's some kind of conversation starter game, but I can't really follow what I'd be expected to do and why. Perhaps it's because it's 3:30am, but if I cant understand it at my worst is there any point?

After we process all applications, we'll pair people up based on their application responses. It's basically just chatting with another person in PM. We'll be guiding you through the process. If you would like more details: Spoiler * Every participants will get notified about their matchmaking results and get invited to convo room with one staff as supervisor. * Every participants can complaint to the supervisor if there's some harassment, or try digging a private data like address of your home or your bank account.
