    This is just a question i searched over the site but could not quite find a response to

    so if it is an original novel that doesn't need translation, can it be put on novel update or is this site only for translated novels?

    I am asking because i didn't find any fanfiction or the like that weren't translated novels or at less i think they weren't.

    Because it's there on the Add Series page, bolded and underlined, the basic requirement for an existing RAW.

    NovelUpdates is a site dedicated to the translated works of Asian novels, so no, original novels are not accepted on NovelUpdates.

    That being said, there's a subforum on the NovelUpdates Forums where original novels can be posted (assuming that the novel was written by you).

    theres a reason for royalroad novels or any other originals not being posted on the main page.

    Most of the ones on NU are Original novels...just that they're not Original English novels...

    Unless you're Asian, and you write in your original language, and you translate that to put that in NU, I suppose. (IDK if this is allowed though lol)

    lol i could have written it in french then translated myself in english ??? just joking thank for responding since i was totally not sure of it

    yeah i know asian translation it was a bad one sorry for it.

    Well, @Tony says he has plans regarding this, but so far we don't have anything to go on...

    There have been similar sites for original novels, but not to the extent of NU, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
