Yeah, it did, but he's still planning to return. Look at the bright side, his chapters are hella long and the translation is still far from catching up.
Indefinite hiatus counts as being dropped in my book.. because the author usually dont have the drive to continue anymore. But atleast its better than being 100% dropped.
