Quote me wrong, but didn't the death knights under necromancers can grow like pets? Also, Agnus has the 15th Lantier?!?!? What happened to the other 14 Lantiers?!?! Can someone own so many Lantiers or is it one per necromancer? Or better yet, summoning all 15 Lantiers at once and do an assassins formation. Still wondering about the items possess by Lantier being in the hands of Agnus, hope that Grid and his "Can you be the King of the Dead?" skill lets him keep Lantier, or at least his items. Also, Agnus SSS Supreme Being passive skill, can it be owned by others as well? Cuz the stats are just cheat like, 20% boost in all stats.
But the death knight in Behen Archipelago has no necromancer so it can't grow. Maybe Lantier is a job title like pope? And the 15th Lantier became famous for his assassination skills. Maybe the items came from the corpse or something. I dunno what to say about the rest...
I just had a funny thought that 2 necromancers duking out with their Lantiers... it is like Streetfighter with both players picking Ryu... may the best Lantier win.
Nah, even Smash Bros only have 4 at a time, all 15 together is a mob fight, then we might have a group of Lantiers ganging on a Lantier (Agnus') and then it might be Agnus' past all over again or Agnus laying the hurt with a huge smackdown. I was kinda hoping that in the necromancer group that there will be a Lantier Exclusive party, specially dedicating the necromancers to play as Lantier the assassin. Imagining them playing roleplay as Lantier while playing as a necromancer in Satisfy feels like borderline Inception.
Fair point. Though I'm kinda thinking of an mmorgp setting so that number of players/NPCs is plausible
I think he could. A probable reason why Agnus needs powerful corpses because of their potential. Since Lantier the 15th was a named legendary NPC, then he will op and with the help of a good necromancer like Agnus, he could be more powerful. Like how the King of the Battlefield's MC's Art of Death works or something.
...I find it quite a pain in the butt that there is a surplus of Lantiers while Mumud is a limited 1 piece only... I mean imagine some asshat necromancer gains Pagma's corpse and and it can be done repeatingly and gains a bunch of sword dancing skeletons... EoSP much? Also, I thank that Agnus cannot do sword dances, if not the battle between Grid and Agnus might as well be a dance off with Starlord and his 90's hits.
I doubt if the other Lantiers is as powerful as Agnus'. Wasn't Agnus looking for Pagma's corpse? He didn't find it? I think so, too. Agnus got Pagma's Baal Contractors class while Grid became Pagma's descendant. Grid probably takes after Pagma more than Agnus so the chance of Agnus acquiring the sword dance is low.
What other Lantier? Agnus got the same Lantier that defeated Grid. If Pagma didn't have any replacements then Grid can pass by 61st and proceed to 62nd.
Now that you pointed it out, I suddenly wondered since when is the Lantier that Agnus has became the 15th Lantier... Was I dreaming of an alternate world or something?
Spoiler Agnus had one body in the corpse storage. [Lantier’s Remains] Rating: Legendary The remains of the 15th Lantier, who was revered as a legendary assassin. So Lantier is more of a title instead.
Quite a shame that Grid cannot get Lantier's item... also, hope that Grid can deny Agnus of Death Knight candidates by going on top first. Also, anyone get the vibe that island 66 houses Pagma's moving corpse? Also how the fcuk did Pagma gets his hands on the Demon Hunter Alex? Did Baal killed Alex for killing too much of their kind and condemn Alex?
Can't wait for Yura to come back and receive the items. ...the Undefeated King whose gear is worn by Bubat?
...begging the qn of whether Pagma is a grave robber OR IS HE KILLING THESE HEROES (sort of, famous figures at best) FOR THEIR BODIES. Ps, Muller as in Sword Saint Muller?
