Nope... not a quest.. but basically just OP. Thats why he is undefeated king. If he doesnt have those kind of stats he wont be undefeated at all... he is just trash since his skill basically relies on how high his stats gonna be.
Thats why he is called undefeated king... there is such thing as balance in this game... only fate. Also to gain that class is really hard that it shouldnt be possible at all if not for cash gaming... really... being undefeated until you find that normal looking sheath.... just to gain job quest.. where the job quest is to defeat a whole kingdom by YOURSELF in 7 days or so... no one can do that not even the sky...
He doesnt have those lowbie skills... you should multiply it by ten... since his basic skill is 100k army kills... untill 1m
Anyway like i said... in this game there is no such thing as a balance... there is only power and fate. The author repeated that alot... but readers always has the mentality that the game should be balance to have more people playing... so no matter how you say its impossible its not since there is no uch thing as balance... if there was there would be no sky or a op blacksmoth that can craft anything that is related to his craft.
...I get the whole gaining 1000 stats points every level being too OP, but lets not forget that there exist elixirs that boost ones' stats (whether it still exist is a mystery as Grid clear Beher), a walnut with the same ability, some garbage cook's garbage, you doing menial labor like mining can also gain a stat and not to mention eveytime a production player creates a craft and got rewarded with stats. While Madra's descendent's benefits might not include a drastic stats increase, it is easy to understand that Satisfy is not fair at all, it is a meritocratic game that benefits those who put in effort and lots of luck. And like I once said to myself, I will not play Satisfy as the shit is whacked, the stats are all allocated weirdly, there are titles and classes that boost your stats, it is like a mini world with realistic unfairness built into it.
It goes back up continuously. Thus it's worth it to use them. Plus they're skills. They need to be used to improve.

That's only one of them. Spoiler [100,000 Army Blockade Sword (Degraded) Lv. 1] It deals 20% damage to all enemies visible in your field of view and deals 3 seconds of the ‘blockade’ effect. The targets that are blocked can’t move and their use of skills and magic is blocked. [100,000 Army Massacre Sword (Degraded) Lv. 1] Deals 60% of your attack power 30 times to everyone (can’t distinguish between friend or foe) in a 10 metre radius. Besides it's not like they're right next to Grid and the Earl for the entire fight.
Since runes keep popping out, here's a review of Grid's Darkness Rune Chapter 308. Braham took over Grid and looking for Amoract's Soul to bless the pavraniun. He killed Yatan's first servant Tallos (one of 10 great magician), and obtained the rune.
If it actually works and he doesn't resist it then it's very useful. Especially against the blood guy. It targets all enemies in sight as well so it's easier to use than any of Grid's other attack skills. It doesn't take long to refill anyway.
I don't know about the last part. And the efect should be less because of the high resistance, only works in the knights because of the moment. And I think that the skill won't stop the blood guy
It seems like against very strong opponents it increases one point every ten seconds. That's 200 seconds or about three minutes to refill on it's own. It also increases every few times Grid hits the enemy and every few times he's hit. He'd have likely been back up to 100 in a minute or so. Like I said, it's a skill and skills need to be used to increase their level.
