The good thing is that Grid isn't as adverse to woman as before after getting humiliated by his crush irl. Felt so happy when he recovered from that, and is only now restricted by his inferiority complex from pursuing love.

Grid only knows that Yura has feelings for him, he still has no clue about Jishuka as he thought her proposal before was a joke and he just thinks she's very free with herself in regards to when she stayed at his place for a few days while her place was undergoing the final touches. She's not actually told him straightforwardly that she has feelings for him.
No, there was no such interview. We just had Yura showing up when Grid was getting done with a press conference at the end of the NC and then confessing to him after Grid tried to tell all the reporters that he's not dating anyone.
