The difference lies upon the fact that you have to recognize NPCs as individuals (not just some part of a program/game) before a player becomes eligible for the parenting system. Devs thought that Grid wasn't mature enough and would neglect the child, possibly causing the child to have anger/hate/disgust towards Grid which may cause yet another trauma to him (because he views NPCs as individuals) Those players killing tribes will be unable to access the parenting system and they won't mindlessly kill if they respect NPCs in the first place.
this is the most important setting in a party. no lie. grid knows it too Item Distribution Method: Party Leader Acquisition The item distribution method was also correct.
Honestly, I think he'd be better off just sharing the experience with everyone and killing the vampires faster. Yeah, he'd get less xp per battle, but he'd probably get more per day. Also, killing vampires faster is probably a really, really good idea since they act like town citizens rather than dungeon monsters, and can almost certainly leave their buildings and hunt for the MC and his party. If all the vampires they haven't killed were to ban together in the near future, then the more of them that died beforehand, the better.
Yet another one from the dev team bites the dust with Grid's OP-ness. I wonder what happens if Huroi unknowingly insults an orphan.
the point of monopolizing exp is for him to get to lv300 asap to get the stat bonuses, one or two more levels for the other party members vs the huge strength boost grid will get at lv300 makes it so that they decided to powerlevel grid first and the rest later
I just started reading this particular novel. I had heard from others before that the MC character was real bad but this......being is really something else entirely....(at chp 10 atm).... I really hope he gets better later else this will go in the blacklist of mine( though i still do have high hopes as it was picked by rainbow-san).... Edit: Chapter 45: Is it just me or is he getting trashier? Edit 2:Chapter 56 : Still trash... EDit 3:Chapter 82" I thought he was improving but he just HAD to crush my hope huh.... Edit 4: chapter 139: Dude has somewhat grown..... Personality is no longer extremely irritating Edit 5:Chapter 208: Wow.....never thought a guy could improve that much from being that....shitty. Personality has changed for the better(extremely so) and he has even started to care for his teammates...
He's fine.. He "grown up" and become more mature as the novel progress. Although he suffer from same syndrom as almost all Korean and Japanese MC have... Too dense of female character feeling...
Yeah he's personality gets a lot better late on and he's still improving. One of the most enjoyable parts is to read about his character growth It initially starts with his living situation improving. Then he slowly matures mentally and starts to gain confidence and self-respect and all that
