In the near future, it mostly looks like a lot of winning happening. Which is surprising considering that they're fighting the Empire, but I suppose it isn't easy for the Overgeared Kingdom to take a serious beating in the story. If Grid had to live as a fugitive, or had to reconquer much of his domain and lost many of his people... That would be interesting, but darker than this story typically is.
I think him having a vulnerable wife and a kid made this kind of thing not possible due to the tone of the novel (I mean stuff like losing the kingdom completely). In addition, one thing that could make him suffer was that robot thing, which was exposed and now he can prepare for it. Plus he just produces Myth graded OP weapons like he is on conveyer, which by themselves can wipe a freaking army. Also, if he becomes a fugitive, I am not sure how many people would really go hut for him because he showed off so much strength already. Well, he might be a fugitive on the Eastern Continent, though. That would be quite interesting.
Over the next 10 chapters or so: * Some kind of treasure is found - Grid has a master key for everything . * Ares' army's spanking by the great demon seems imminent. * Alliances with some of the Empire's dukes starting.
The jungle on the war god explorations is a fucking mess because there are literally thousands of traps in it but Grid's master key manages to solve everything. The Dukes who were struggling see Grid unlocking the traps and think he's helping them. They're grateful and I don't remember exactly how but Grid fights a War god follower that learned 10 skills(Normal mobs have 5). Braham appears and they're shocked, thinking Grid is super strong. And somehow a alliance is formed
as far as i know, rainbow turtle almost caught up to the raws a while back and she slowed down her release so that the author can get way ahead again so there isn't much spoilers anymore
Rainbow Turtle is advancing at a rate of one chapter per week, with 5 chapters vs 4 released by the author. And she'll probably need to reduce it to 4 a week at some point, to maintain the paid tiers. -- Also, seems we should see Braham and the 10 secret techniques guy by 1026. The upgrade to Grid's skills should happen a few chapters after that.
To be in the paid tier on Wuxiaworld, the translator needs to do at least 5 chapters/week. If she does less, she would be taken off the paid tier on Wuxiaworld. At least that's what I heard..
