(Okay, so I thought I might as well try my hand at making threads so...)

Here are some terms and abbreviations(I'm only making this because some people might not know these ones yet[I might be wrong too so you can correct me if you feel like it, my knowledge ain't that deep you know]):

Edit: (Partially)BL Terms(i guess) Since @LaDyViL pointed it out, I might as add that not all of these terms refer to BL specifically, FL=Female Lead btw.

MC=Main Character
ML=Male Lead

Uke/Shou/Bottom='the one being penetrated'...
Seme/Gong/Top='the one penetrating'...

Quick Wear/Fast Wear=Quick Transmigrations(transmigrating into one body then moving on to another[typically involves systems with tasks to complete])
HE/HEA=Happy Ending/Happily Ever After
BE=Bad Ending
MTL=Machine Translation(ie. Google Translate)

Chrysanthemum=Butt hole/anus/a*ss
Yaoi hole=??????(honestly i have no idea)
Tintin/Dingdong=D*ck/P*nis(any other word you have for male genitalia)
*wasn't sure if I am supposed to censor it so I tried...(i did read the forum rules but was still confused)

Uhhh....idk what else to add so novel abbreviations(?)

example of non-bl: there was a joke in the early chapters of the magic chef of ice and fire where there was a dude whose name meant chrysanthemum and he was gay.

Only other thing I can think of is Black Belly? I heard it tons of times and had it explained to me quite a few, but I always forget after a few minutes... T.T

 

tbh i don'r really know what it means either, i think it refers to being shameless/ overbearing. I see it used a lot in face slapping novels and stuff

reversible- when top and bottom switch places from time to time (sometimes called flipping). doesn't happen much in most BL stories here but it's there occasionally.

 

Cut-sleeve/bent=gay/homosexual
*i've only seen cut-sleeve on FoD(i don't remember if it was the manhua or the novel) but i'm adding it just in case.

Synonyms for Male Genetelia:
Third leg, sea monster (if in water), beast (if on land), PP, chin chin, little brother, 2nd brother, rod, etc.

Synonyms for Nipple:
Little cherry buds, nubs, tips, etc.

Synonyms for Sex:
Papapapa, plowing the field, cooking the rice, dual cultivation, to eat or be eaten, etc.
