I hate Qi, but I still read some of stories that they host. I dislike you but I still read some of stories that you host, albeit some of quetionable Quality. So why ban? I never ask people to ban Qi or You. This is democracy man, everybody hast rights to it, albeit some of NUF policy.
I see, I agree those dont seem to be the type anyone wants in bulk. I would rather suggest having a pinned 'Qi hate room' (a better title) thread where people can direct anyone doing such things. The problem of this is people would try to shove legitimate threads to that too, moreover it can be tough to objectively divide which thread about qi belong where. Again, to be clear, not all qi related threads are bad and there is no reason to change stuff unless the qi hate (the bad ones) threads start popping like spam, in which case such decisions might become inevitable
