Banh mi! It's basically a Vietnamese sandwich and this one is a grilled pork one (think of it as BBQ)! I usually take off the greens or tell them to not place them on it. (I know, a little childish, but I don't really like greens... )

Potato pancakes with sugar and apple sauce
It's really easy to make and delicious. You only need potatoes, onion, eggs, caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
