all in all the job most likely available at your age is going to be either stocker, cashier, or fast food, generally speaking anyway. my suggestion would be to pick up a classified section of your local newspaper and start calling places, maybe check indeed? idk if they have anything listed for minors

 

Get a driving license. Or at least you should be able to drive.

Try to find a local agency that hires to pilot a giant mecha!

 

Dude I'm almost 28 and I've never sent an paper application, always email or online form.
If you're applying to bartending or jobs like that you can do it even on fb or by phone, no real formality is required there.
