Forgotten Title pls help me im begging u - male lead deaf

    okay so i read this completed novel a while back on a raw site & i mtled it. i cant find it again & its been on my mind constantly for WEEKS i feel like imma go crazy if i don't find it
    i cant remember the title or plot but i remember specifically that the male lead is deaf in his left ear & he wears a white hearing aid that the others in his class mistaken as headphones (idk how lol but yea). no one knows he's deaf in his left ear except the fl who realizes it when she stands on his left & talks to him but he doesn't respond. also this is most likely a fluffy healing school life/campus romance novel because that's literally all i read and the male lead is probably the cold type. pls help if u can i am so desperate & this is legit my heart demon that i cant get rid of. im on my knees begging someone to help me plsss
