I had english class today and my teacher who was in a good mood told us a story. But, the period ended and she cut off the story at a major cliffhanger. Here's how it goes: tl;dr- A soldier (guy/mc) reads a book and gets the address of a girl through that book and becomes pen pals with her. He enjoys this relationship and after a certain incident he wants to be more than pen pals with her and asks a meet and her photo. The girl refuses to send her photo but agrees to meet him A man who is stationed in a island/area which is a battlefield. He was a soldier and he'd get deployed on a daily basis. Soo.. one day he visited a military library and borrowed few books and started reading them. He did this for a while. He came across a book (don't know what the book was abt) and he noticed smth. A person with a beautiful handwriting was trying to understand a person, a Man(prolly a character in the book) The soldier (mc) was astonished to see how close she was at trying to understand That person. He found her address through the librarian and started sending letters to her talking about various things. After sending 4 letters he finally got a reply back. Because in that letter he had written about his fear. He had a fear of death. The girl who read that did not make fun of him nor chide him. Instead she said it's okay to fear death. And said her points on "death". The guy was taken back. Fast forward a few days, the guy was almost caught by the enemies and he was scared but then the words which the girl said came to his mind. He thought that he should escape no matter what. And finally he did so. On returning back he decided to write a letter to the girl asking to meet her and send him a photo of her. But, the girl declined to send her photo and said that she couldn't send him a photo cuz he might be captivated by her beauty and wants to meet her for that reason. But, she agreed to meet him. That's it. idk what happens next if only time was a little slower :sad face: I'm really really looking forward to read this before she continues with the story. I hope someone can find this for me. or smth with a similar story i don't mind And sorry for my half asses story telling. It's too long and i had to cut short on few things. Thanks in advance
Why do I get the feeling that they lived in different time line. The girl agreed to meet the man, but when she went to the agreed place, the man didnt come. She became broken hearted. While the man did the same thing... Oh man~ I read the same thing before...hahaha...But I dunno...the whole plot story ain't familiar to me, but it was really interesting. I'm camping here too...
