There's a little thing that attract consumer loyalties from keep using a certain service, but that can go into wrong direction quickly by the nasty reward they prepared. So today in this thread i want to talk about point redemption experience In case you didn't interest in the short stories, skip the spoiler and have fun discussing your experience ~ Spoiler: Point redemption stories so recently I noticed my point is already good enough to be exchanged with many choices of reward, but the problem all the reward is discount voucher that can only be changed in capital city or X city who faraway and requiring 3 hours travel by plane... @Suneli @Pleasefilter @The Angry Doge @forbidden_one @Furball
well. . .do you have to be personally be in site to do the redemption? if not then maybe find a friend or a relative who is near there. . .or something like that. . .
I personally should be there which is quite problematic, that's why i want to know is other countries also have this bad reward system?
...points that expired after 12 months. 100 points with each purchase, 1000 points necessary for a freebie, but by the time I got 1000 points... 200 points had expired.
I've seen bad point systems. Getting 1 point for each dollar spent, but redeeming it needs at least 1,000 points minimum. No way I'm going to want to spend that much money at your shop for a 'free' thing that is worth ~$7. Why even have this system when it's like this? It's not going to encourage spending at all the way some stores set it up.
