I'm loving the latest chapter so far. the multitasking of the ML. Can't get enough of this ice berg or more like ice cube slowing to melt. Now I'm looking forward for the drama even though I know it won't be as good as the novel itself. Since this is such a long novel, will the drama cut it short. If it does, hopefully they won't butcher it.

I don't get it...why does this story just keep getting better and better? It doesn't plateau nor does it decline...it keeps rising. I honestly feel that Feiye and Yunxi's story is the best romance on NU. Too good! Oh, and thanks for the mass release Ruyi! I will sacrifice cookies in your name at my monthly cult meetings as thanks. And not just the normal ones! But the chunky chocolate chip ones!

At the very least, their current intent is not to harm. Just to observe and *identify* something about Han Yunxi.
I don't think it's a matter of trust. In the recent releases we can see that he is now utterly comfortable around her to the point of allowing himself to drop his guard. Something which the story paints as him not doing since he was a small child. In this case, I think it's a matter of understanding and self-assurance. 1) At this point, he has a solid understanding of our girl. While he doesn't know all her nooks and crannies (innuendo intended) he knows enough that Yunxi won't sit still when it comes to something that involves her. She's a modern woman. Tell her to sit down and shut up and she'll give (what we men call it) "the look". So naturally, he wants Yunxi safe and sound, not doing anything reckless. As she is prone to doing. (From his point of view) 2) He's a prideful dude...and that's his wife. No one touches his wife or gets near his wife unless he allows it. That's a decision that he's made and for a man like him, once he decides something, that's his reality. To Feiye, reality says that his wife will be fine no matter what. It's the part of Feiye that I love the most. He treats his wife as part of his reality. She is an absolute. Quite romantic.
