FIrst is the whole pregnancy thing no hiding your body or it's functions then...and then it was the breastfeeding. After a while you will whip out your boob to feed your baby in front of the pope if he was around for a cuppa coffee and a biscuit. ^.^
I usually just sleep with boxer briefs or pyjama bottoms on. My top half gets overheated quickly. Only use socks if I'm moisturizing my feet. I build up callouses quickly if I don't moisturize my hands and feet from time to time. Never understood the big fuss about breastfeeding in public. It's natural. If I don't want to see your boob I just won't look at it.
