Anyway on 28 mc talk with the guy bf and yes he looks sad again because her gf decided to go to a reunion(blind date) Mc doesn't feel really hurt anymore then told himthat her wedding is in april(timeline is march/nxt month) he said "Are you crazy? don't you know its april after tommorow?" (he thought it was nxt year) He was really worried because according to him the wedding is set like a dinner appointment then his gf walked in seeing him having his hand on Mc's shoulder (she's pissed) she standup warned the guy to mind his own bussiness then goes into her room telling herself that the unrequited love and jealousy are thing that she doesn't need for the marriage NXT SCENE(niece of ML w/ friend)(Nxt day?) The principal made an announcement to warned students about spreading rumors the girl that was fooled/spread the rumors was called to the office. MC returned the next day as if nothing happened. ML's niece is walking with the friend that spread the rumors(she feels guilty) niece told her that it's her fault and not the friend she also told her it's not her fault the her mouth is light (?) the friend cheered up and drag the niece to the playground to look for the Student teacher and the niece's guy bestfriend.. niece was like "student teacher? " So I think she really have no clue what/who he is. Can't wait for Ml's revenge on that guy!!!!
I've been loving this one. Cuz trust me. I love strong FEMALE LEAD. I don't have problem if FL is weak however a strong attitude give me hype. And I love the fact that woman doesn't rely much on man. Like what have been portrayed here, whereby ML was the one who's trying hard to make her rely on him and yes ML falls for FL first. And no melodrama. No annoyingly longer misunderstanding. What I can say, this is the best. Like short simple story yesss. Hohoho
yesss i agree! its so rare to see a story like this. where the female lead has agency as a character. i like so much that heewon takes her time trusting doojoon, and doesnt just fall into his arms right away, and their love grows slowly. theyre both adults working through their own issues (like heewon's hesitation when marrying due to the kind of childhood she had), and it just seems much more realistic this way. also in so many stories, its always the male lead who has childhood trauma or issues, while the FL helps him 'fix' his issues. so its nice to see that reversed for once, where the ML falls in love first and supports and reassures the FL and loves her while she slowly grows to trust him more. and tbh i feel like for girls, a character like heewon is? really relatable? i think so many of us grew up having our hopes crushed when we saw loveless marriages or men who disrespected women or didnt value them or the other types of issues FL is dealing with in the novel. and we want a supportive partner like ML here lol. also doojoon trying so hard to win heewon's affection is really cute and their relationship slowly growing makes for such a good story anyway i really appreciate this story and this author. hope we can see more stories like this
