I've got a few lines that are good, depends on what level of feelings you have for the person / levels of love / hate.

First is "I just can't see myself spending the rest of my life with you, so I wont waste both our time and move on."

Second is "Every time I look at your face I just keep remembering the one I was with before, god how much better did she look."
note: that one will likely end up very messy as she will either try to attack you or kill herself, not suggested for use unless you truly hate the person because self esteem in a break up generally drops and if they're not normally very stable emotionally anyway then bad things happen.

Third is "I liked our time together, I did, I just liked my time with "Pick a name of your choosing" better and now we're looking to take our relationship to a new level, so we can't have extras on the side anymore."
note: again not if you want to end on relatively good terms.

Fourth is "I like you, I do, I just really like "insert name here" far better and can't lie to myself anymore, it's for the best, now we can both be with someone we'd really much prefer."

And that's my list for now while bored, am sure I'd come up with better ones later, but it's not been long since I woke up and saw this humorous posting.

That last line "I need to see other women to prove to myself that my love for you is genuine." I've actually gotten before, except it was for me to date other women and the woman said that I should get around some more and then decide, can say once you sleep with a few of their friends, that line of theirs really comes back to bite them in the ass and they truly do hate you afterwards.
