I've been using something like this since getting a face mask is well near impossible

You can sew one with HEPA filters inserts.

The US surgeon general posted a video on how to make a mask with a shirt or towel. You can probably add a layer of tissues or filter material in between the folds as well.

Living in Italy here, specifically South whee the situation is a bit less tragic. I'm praying for whomever is suffering from this scourge.

+1 almost impossible to buy a mask nowadays.
Can’t even buy from other countries as couriers are either not servicing or sellers are out of stock. Sigh

Ai-chan's husband bought the PPE material for mask. Forgot what it's called, polyethylene or something. He said now we can sew our own masks. Ai-chan was like, "Dude, Ai-chan hasn't sewn anything other than your shirt buttons for over 10 years!" Waiwai is completely useless in that regard too.

But, since it's not like we can go anywhere anyway, we decided to do it as a family. But that would be tomorrow, because Ai-chan needs to brush up on stitching.

Well, there would be more disaster to come after this one.
Indonesia's economics would face much more serious problem after all this. If we have a deficits, we might resort to debt, and not a small amount at that. Especially for small business...

I just hope we could overcome all of this and gain something better for tomorrow.

Our company finally started fully working from home. The government has declared that you're not allowed to eat outside and have to order takeaway. Everyone was issued a reusable mask recently but I didn't see anyone wearing them when I was shopping for grocery yesterday. (I didn't wear them either.) I saw a lot more joggers when I was going for a run just now.

Live near a state that has 24 cases in rural NY. Not albany, but it's feeling like I'm in a cave in a rainstorm.

I'll be active on and off, but I do have some wish packages that might be held up in customs. I just wanted some stationary with Wuxia heroes, man.

    Netherlands.
There were some cases around, but don't care. I don't monitor the situation in general.

I've been WFH for a month or something already. Sitting at home is kinda messing with time perception. Go out from time to time but generally sit at home either working, playing games or exercising in my own small gym on the third floor of my house.
For some reason while at home I've started to eat more meat than usual. It is tasty though.

Our government's been texting every citizen to stay home this Easter.
Big thanks to our government for supporting us in this difficult time.

I believe our country has "flattened the curve". New cases have drastically decreased. From about a hundred last week to low tens, even down to just 1 case overnight.

    In Malang City

From march 16th, mayor decide all school and university to study from home (for formal & non formal education). When not yet positif case confirmed.
All tourist attraction closed. All non-essensial place closed. Social distancing enforced. Wearing mask is recommended. independent quarantine for 14 days.

A week later. Study from home enforced until time not yet decide. All worker who can't work from home taking shift enforced. All worker can work outside home just from morning until 4 PM. All people, essensial shop, supermarket, etc have curfew at 8PM. Every day the police patrol. Anyone who violates them will be fined or if they being as***** just go into cell. [Edit: At first they just recorded, later when they keep break it, the police start being strict.] Anyone who's from out town recorded and quarantined.
And now when cases in country keep going up, the town will be locked. Anything besides basic necessities are prohibited from entering. Now wearing mask is a must. Physical distancing enforced.

people respond, they are mostly obedient. But when all confirmed case in town has recovered, lots people start to go outside again. :blobconfused:
And that causes the case to appear again. :sweating_profusely:
Now, people afraid going out again. And being obedient.

So far that's the conditions in my city until now

    :(
