    I can open it. Probably some hacker use your provider IP and it got blackilsted

    I got this problem too a few weeks ago but only on pc, NS worked on phone and after a few days it worked again pc.

    I had this problem a few days ago, twice in 2 different days... It got solved after a few hours first and the second time after about half an hour.
    You can use proxy or some other method though. Another way is to use Tor browser.

    Sometimes I find if a website messes me around, clearing my web browser history and restarting my PC usually fixes it. I do the restart just to be sure although most likely isn't necessary.

    That site is weird. Same ip, 3 different days - first day worked, the second banned, the third worked again.

    Novel saga was hacked few weeks ago and the hacker put malicious redirection script in it. Maybe they were hacked again?
