Resolved Problem with rating system

    I currently have no limitations on novelupdates.com

    When I said I haven't seen that problem, I meant I haven't experienced it myself. I know Lachiel plus one other person reported it but I thought it was related to their ad blocker or something similar.

    How did you fix your problem?

    I just had it happen to me today but I rated and reviewed like 6+ novels in a row... (gotta get in top 10..) and the only thing that fixxed it was cookies n cache. Heres the error's that pop'd up when I tried to rate the novel http://puu.sh/kUfk9/4bccd2b31e.png

    umm I ran into the problem after rating the 10th novel in a row within 50 seconds(?) but it fixed itself after I tried to edit the "licensed" field from yes to no. I switched the licensed status back of course.

    I'll see if I can make that problem stick so I can try to fix it.

    Thanks! I think I got it fixed but we'll see.

    Googling it came up with a solution right away. I hope it's correct.

    It was a server problem.

    Edit: It's working again so what ever you ended up doing worked :).

    I just re-rated the previous 10 novels I just rated + 5 more quick and I don't see the problem anymore. I hope it's fixed for good.

    Just rated and reviewed about 10 novels in a row.. and no problems so far so I can say it's pretty much fixed now. :D

    Thanks for the detailed information on your problem. It pretty much got fixed within 5 minutes after you posted about the "Request Header Or Cookie Too Large" error

    It was a simple fix too. Just a setting on my server
