Implemented Public User Profile Statistics & Ranking

    I would like for Statistics of User Profile to be made accessible to everybody. It can be toggled to be shown or hidden.

    A ranking (with usernames that leads to Statistics) would be helpful.
    1. To compare how much you've contributed for the development of Novel Updates.
    2. It gives an idea of how much you need to do before you get over x person.
    3. Which can help motivating users to contribute.
    4. For self-satisfaction.

    Sure as long as the user make their profile public. It will be private by default
