    This contract must be why QI's translators haven't been saying anything. If they say or write anything negative about Qidian anywhere during the rest of their lives, it counts as them breaking the contract.

    I never signed and never would sign this shit, so I obviously can't give a definitive answer, and the only ones who could are already under the NDA and non-disparagement clause. You tell me. Does it look real?

    Court will require the official document and not just this copy that was posted on the net.

    But goddam. This contract sounds like Qidian will get everything but should something bad happen, the translator will be the one held liable and Qidian will have nothing to do with it.

    This, boys and girls, is the perfect example of why you should read any contract twice, read between the lines, and decipher the intent behind them before signing any contract

    the official document is a net copy. We were supposed to print it out, sign it, then fax it to the product manager that sent it to us and manages QI. I would give you his contact info(QQ,wechat,email) but I'm pretty sure I'd have legal action taken against me if I did.

    if I were you I would download this to keep it for yourself it you can. That way you wont have to worry about a lock just spread it on other sites you deem yourself a good place to keep it. Also we not even sure if this is real.

    These contracts usually have the people getting the short end of the stick, everything is, for the most part, completely normal for contracts. This is a way to have the companies protect their own asses, but this time, I feel that this contract is too much. They really think we don't read this shit like it's a simple TOS?
