    My first thread on NUF~ Here I go~

    Qidian LOVES to enfore the copyrights they own... but somehow they could care less about the copyrights of others? I saw a recent twitter post where someone mentioned Absolute Choice's cover art was stolen from another book. Here it is...

    So I took only a few minutes to explore with Google Images to see if I can find any others. (you can search using images) Here's another one they ripped from some poor guy on deviant art...

    This one just looks like they took it from a wall paper website... I couldn't find the source though.

    SO... besides the fact that I'll be informing the creators of these shenanigans, I thought it would be a fun game if others could join me in finding the REAL art and posting it on here!

    Well, it's old news I guess? Almost all covers of those CN is plagiarized IIRC... I doubt notifying the original authors will make any difference, but feel free to try it.

    lol love the detective work... if QI are super anal about enforcing copyright, then they can just get anally raped not knowing copyright

    They probably do have rights to some of them, but I doubt all.

    99.999999% of Qidian novels have plagiarized covers. We should MTL their novels and post them on RRL as revenge.

    You are unlikely to cause any problems for Qidian. If anyone gets in trouble it would be the authors lol.

    Most of the covers don't even suit the novel properly, they're overly westernizing them to fit our market, while the eastern themed images we used before were much more interesting to me anyway.

    Obviously those other people used the QI covers as inspiration for their work. If anything, QI should be suing them.
