Forgotten Title QT novel search

Hi guys! I'm trying to remember the title of a story I read quite some time ago.

What little I remember abt it:

1. QT... Probably a counterattack story
2. Probably a BG story or without romance. I don't remember
3. Most Importantly: One of the arcs is set up in a world based on Leisurely Beast World: Plant Some Fields, Have Some Cubs .......

i.e.
...World where some girl transmigrates to a place where the men r gorgeous strong beasts n the women r super ugly n can't turn into beasts. That girl ends up ruling over the men n with a reverse harem. Women get discarded.
Our MC helps the women out or something like that.
