That kind of reminds me how in my own country Sweden our government did forced sterilization on people mainly the Romani or the Sami people which are both a minority people that were not accepted. It went on for almost 70 years (1906-1975) and was often done by telling people they would get a free health check up or a vacination while in fact they were made sterile.
