Spoiler Question about "The King of Special Warfare"

Not sure if this is the right place to ask and just looking for an answer:

On NU, the novel The King of Special Warfare has the "Protagonist Strong from the start" tag, but after reading 2 chapters, the MC admits to being super weak apparently. At this point I could have continued reading but my brain wanted to ask about this, so...is the MC lying?

Just wanted to know before I continue reading again. Thanks!

 

i just started reading this and i wanted some spoilers!!

 

See to be honest when I read this novel I felt that there is nothing much related to war but it's just all about a guy returning and everybody loves him . As you read the story you understand the meaning of the description (by meaning = other meaning).

 

And I Dropped it at Chapter 50ish So don't know much.
