    so i have a question about this novel which i start reading just now. on the synopsis it said the MC is "Hades" one of the Olympus gods but on chap 5 there is this line "If smoking can harm my body, then all these years I’ve wasted my time practicing martial arts." and its really making me confused.
    my question is, is he really Hades? if he is then why the need of these lines?

    ... Did it ever occur to you of the possibility of Hades being just a codename / nickname? People and organizations like using mythologies and religions to come up with cool names for their high ranking members.

    On the synopsis...

    Will a girl with the burden of a giant corporation with her own emotional scar be able to find love and to share the person she loves with other beauties? Will a man who lived to kill his entire life, with the burden of being Hades, one of the 12 gods of Olympus, be able to set aside his responsibilities to live with the girl(s) he loves or to improve his godly skills to protect everything he cares for from an unseen threat?

    He's practicing martial arts to improve his godly skill (like cultivating) to be more powerful.

    The chapter still haven't tell his past, because of the slow update, so please be patient

    He is Hades.
    He was born human but former Hades (alien) gave him his power. He is the first "human-god" because god would normally reincarnate.

    Well it's complicated and it would be a long spoiler to explain it but to be short him being a god is not what prevent smoking to have any effect on him. It's because he is a martial art monster.

    After reading all this, I don't know what's real anymore..
    I just thought Hades meant that he killed a lot of people and they feared him like he was the devil or something.
