Yeah, i agree with you, may be he's a bastard in the beginning of the story, but hey he is not that bad either, he also the one who sacrifice his life for FL
If we are talking about a true scumbag that would be Arnold. I feel back for his bloodline who got curse because he was a complete scumbag. In the end did he at least regret what he did to Arnia, not only because it mess over him and his bloodline or did he die as a complete scumbag who was easily fool to the end?
@ddaengit @haesoo821 @Volublekoala965 Thank you for all spoilers, guys! Also, does anyone perhaps know who is Illya's dad? Silver hair guy mentioned a witch and a human can't have children. So I'm assuming Arnia later had Illya with a witch (or possibly a half witch). And is the Duke that adopted Illya a good person?
I really loathe the fact that witches in many published stories who are so feared by many patriarchal religious superstitious misogynistic idiots are so easy to capture, torture and kill.... If you prefer powerful strong assertive witches who can curse/kill/punish anyone especially royals, don't suffer under the Trinity Syndrome and don't become powerless + helpless + stupid once they fall in love or their ridiculous weakness (e.g. their true names) gets revealed to mortal men: Majo To Kiketsu No Kishi/A Witch & the Knight of Noble Blood Spoiler: Majo To Kiketsu No Kishi Image https://thedissolve.com/features/exposition/618-were-losing-all-our-strong-female-characters-to-tr/ Here is also an educational video about the history of witches, their myths and persecutions/witch hunts caused by an ancient incel named Heinrich Kramer: The Burning Times | The History of Witches Part 1
70 CHAPTERS??? Im at chap 65 and i feel like its the climax. There must be side story since it will be so sudden to end the story just like that. And i saw that in the novel they have side stories so
