As for the Earth thing. We're not really told much about his time there. All we know is that he is a NEET who stays indoors. Only leaving his house to grab food from the convenience store. So it's unlikely that he was working out.

I think by "justify himself" he means that many people close to him died and all he could do was powerlessly look on. Throughout those tens of iterations, he never tried to get stronger and because of that, more people died. Even though they're technically alive, he feels as though their deaths were his fault and so in order to "justify himself" he's training his body to get stronger.

Not that he needs to though.....but we'll save that for future episodes.

I actually haven't watched the latest episode yet, so I'll go watch it now xD

EDIT: Just watched it. Went pretty much like the RAW's. A good episode to be honest, pretty emotional.

 

I think that he mentioned the workout thing in the early episodes tho? I think that it was in ep 1 part A.
Also, yeah, what you said about the reason of him "justifying" himself makes sense. It actually clarified some things for me, thanks.

 

working out doesn't mean op, sure he is healthier than the usual neet but in a world where magic and monster exist it's count to nothing

 

So I can guess what the final episode is gonna be. Looks like we'll have to wait until season 2 for most of our answers. Or you can read the RAW's

So this was the last episode? Nice ending, he finally looked like a badass! There's still tonnes more content to get through, so I'm really hoping for a season 2. Suburu becomes a lot more "awesome" later on. We also get to see more Beatrice!

 

Although i feel bad that rem has been forgotten at the end I still hope it won't end on harem route and he will stay faithful to Emilia tan.Anyway it was a good ending and i hope i won't have to wait as long as for attack on titan for a new season!!! And i hoped at least for a kiss at the end...
